How often should I attend meditation sessions?

You are welcome to attend meditation sessions as often or as little as you wish. You can come for one session, once a week, once a year and everything in between. Whenever you come we are always happy to see you! We will also provide you with the tools so that you can practice meditation at home.

What should I wear?

Wear something you feel comfortable sitting in. It’s really not that important for the practice.

I have problems sitting on the floor, can I still come and meditate?

Of course! To practice Mantra Meditation, you don’t have to sit in any difficult postures. We have comfortable couches you are very welcome use. We want everyone to feel as comfortable as possible.

I am an absolute beginner to meditation, is this class right for me?

Mantra Meditation is very simple to learn and practice. These sessions are perfect for absolute beginners as well as seasoned practitioners. We welcome you to come to an introductory class or a Kirtan meditation session to see how easy it is!

Should I bring anything?

No need to bring anything, we provide everything you will need.

How long are the classes?

Classes are generally from 1 to 2 hours depending if there are refreshments served.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is plenty of free parking in the area.
